A trusted service for creating qualified electronic timestamps provided as a prepaid timestamp package.

The timestamp service from the purchased package will be made available to you at https://tsp.ardaco.com/tsa after the issuance of an authentication certificate and private key, which we will send to you by email within 5 business days along with information on how to set up this service.

Timestamps from a given package can be used on any number of devices/applications using the same settings, while the number of remaining timestamps is recorded in summary according to the corresponding authentication certificate.

NOTICE:

The prepaid timestamp package must be used up, and can be therefore used within a maximum of 13 months from the date of service availability. Unused time stamps from a prepaid package cannot be moved to a new purchased package.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

By purchasing this product in accordance with Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions regarding the nature and characteristics of the goods - Licenses and services provided by Ardaco, a.s., which is the subject of the purchase contract (order), the customer acknowledges and gives his consent to provide him with electronic content that is delivered in a different way than on a physical medium, even before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. The customer acknowledges and agrees that upon delivery of the License, or e-mail message "Order completed" according to the provisions of § 19 to 22 of Act no. 108/2024 Coll., loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
